What your client sees
A link. No account, no app to install, nothing to explain. It opens that job's photos with their times and notes, and the PDF report — on the client's phone in a driveway or their laptop in an office.
It expires on the date you choose, and you can revoke it in one click, so a job's photographs never sit open on the internet.
Questions crews ask
Does it work with no signal at all?
That is the point of the phone app. Photos are stored on the device with their timestamp and location, and uploaded when a connection returns. The web app is for browsing, notes and sending links from the office.
What happens to my photos if I stop paying?
You keep them: the ZIP export of the originals is available on every plan, including before you cancel. We do not hold work to ransom.
Can the client see everything I shot?
Only what you send: a client link shows that job's photos and the PDF report, expires on the date you pick, and can be revoked at any time.
Where are the photos stored?
On our own storage, one company's data separate from every other's. Photos are only served to people signed into the company, or holding a live client link.
