Terms

Short version: $29 a month per company bought on the web, $29.99 through the App Store, cancel whenever you like, your photographs are yours, and we do not promise the service can never fail.

The service

Jobshot stores job photographs, generates reports and serves expiring links to the people you send them to. It is provided as-is: we work to keep it up and your data safe, but nothing here promises uninterrupted service, and you should not treat it as the only copy of something irreplaceable. Keep the downloads you need — the ZIP export is available on every plan.

Price and billing

• $29 per month, per company when you subscribe on the web, or $29.99 per month when you subscribe inside the iOS app — Apple sets that price through its own tiers, and the app shows Apple's figure, not this page's. Either way: unlimited users and unlimited photos, no per-seat charge, and adding people to the crew does not change the price.
• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed until it ends.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. A web subscription is billed through Stripe — cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt. One bought in the iOS app is billed by Apple and managed in your App Store account (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Access continues to the end of the paid period either way.
• If a payment fails, the account is paused for new jobs and client links. Photos already taken continue to upload and your exports keep working.

Refunds

If the service has not done what you needed, write to us within 14 days of a web charge from the account address and we refund that month — no interrogation; refunds go back to the card that paid. A purchase made in the iOS app is refunded by Apple, not by us: request it at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Apple's decision is the decision on that rail.

Your content

Your photographs and the text you add remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to store them, show them to your company, put them in the reports you generate, and serve them through the links you create. You are responsible for having the right to photograph the site you are on.

Acceptable use

Do not use Jobshot to store unlawful material, to photograph people or places you have no right to, or to attack the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for lost profits or for indirect losses.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will give notice by email before the change takes effect, and you may cancel if you disagree.
