Answers to the usual ones
Photos taken with no signal
The phone keeps them and uploads when it can. If you close the app mid-job, nothing is lost — the queue resumes when you open it again or when the connection comes back.
The client link expired
Links are time-limited on purpose. Open the job in Jobshot and create a new one — it takes a click and the old link stays dead.
Getting the originals out
Any job page has a “Download ZIP” button: the original files plus a text file of the notes.
Adding the whole crew
Share the account — there is no per-user price. Everyone signs in with the same company account and their uploads are marked with their name.
